Auntie Vana's Gluten Free Bakery was born from a simple truth: everyone deserves to enjoy the foods they love. When Sylvana Haber's family needed to go gluten-free, she discovered that “gluten-free” didn't have to mean “flavor-free.”
As a kosher celiac baker, every recipe is meticulously crafted in a dedicated gluten-free kitchen. No cross-contamination. No compromises. Just the taste and texture of real, homemade baked goods — safe for anyone with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity.
